He has spearheaded Taylor Hopkinson’s international growth and expansion into offshore wind, solar, energy storage and green hydrogen. In 2021 Brunel acquired a 72% stake in Taylor Hopkinson, creating a powerful global network with unrivalled capability in recruitment and global mobility for the renewable energy sector. Tom continues to lead the business, driving its strategic direction and coaching and mentoring the team to deliver sustained top performance.
